Mental Health is inclusive of one's emotional, psychological and social well being.

It affects how we think, feel and act. It can also help determine how we handle stress, relate to others and make healthy choices.  Research suggest that not only what we eat but how we maintain our physical health can impact our mental wellness.

Easy access to apps on your phone, tablet or computer can support in taking control of your wellbeing.

There are multiple apps that support with mental health and fitness.

Meditation

Mediation and Yoga relieves stress in the body, can reduce muscle tension, improve concentration and calm the nervous system. 

Nutrition

Nutrition focuses on nutrients in food, how our body uses them, and the relationship between diet, health, and wellnesss.

Fitness

It is recommended that you get at least 150 minutes of physical activity each week.
